On Saturday January 20, 2018 Bayani Art attended the Pilipino American Student Association’s annual PASAlubong at the Cal State University, East Bay. PASAlubong is an annual showcase where PASA invites community members to showcase their talents. A portion of PASAlubongs proceedings went to a charity of PASA’s choice. This year, the headliner for PASAlubong was Ruby Ibarra – a Bay Area Filipina rapper who uses her platform to bring light to issues happening with the Filipino community. Earlier this year she released her album, CIRCA 91. Other artists included Brian Dublin, Andre Nuestro, and STR8JACKET.
