Bayani Art at the 2023 Pista sa Nayon in Seattle, Washington, we had a incredible opportunity to host a workshop alongside renowned artist Kristian Kabuay, connecting deeply with the vibrant Filipino Seattle community. The event was a celebration of Filipino heritage, and our workshop focused on fostering cultural pride and creativity through art and storytelling. Attendees explored traditional and contemporary Filipino art forms, shared personal stories, and celebrated their roots. It was inspiring to see the community come together to honor their heritage, and we were grateful to be part of this meaningful cultural exchange, strengthening bonds and uplifting Filipino identity in the diaspora.
